Cloud has the "Proposal URL" functionality that generates a unique URL per recipient for a proposal. You can share the unique URLs for proposals with recipients via email, chat, text, or other communication modes outside the Cloud app.
The other ways to share proposals with customers are:
Quote Details view
After you create the proposal from the quote in the Quote Details view, an "Edit proposal" button appears in the top-right corner. Click the 3-dot menu next to the "Edit proposal" button, click "Share proposal," then click the "Share by link" icon on the far right.
Edit Proposal view
If you are in the Edit Proposal view, click the "Share" icon in the top-right corner, then click "Share by email."
Cloud displays the Share Proposal view with the existing recipients and the option to add more recipients. You can also compose and send the email.
Follow these steps to share the URLs of the proposal.
#1 Add customer emails
Click "Add recipient" to add the opportunity contacts and the account contacts to who you want to send the URL.
Cloud generates a unqiue URL for every recipient. You cannot edit the URL.
#2 Choose how to share
If you want to share the URL via chat on Cloud or outside Cloud, text, in other ways, click "Copy link" next to the participant and share it.
If you want to share the URL via email from within Cloud, click the "Share" icon in the top-right corner.
Cloud displays the Share Proposal view, allowing you to compose and send the proposal via email.

#3 Set sharing options
You can set some sharing options when you share proposals via URL. The following are the options.
Restrict recipients from downloading the proposal
Set an end date for the customer to review the proposal
Set up to two reminders for the contacts to review the proposal

#4 Send the email
Add your team members in the "Send copy to" text box to send the email to team members.
When you're ready to send the email, click "Send."
Cloud sends emails to recipients with their unique URL. Now, copy the URLs and send them to the relevant customer contacts over chat or text.
Customer view for shared proposals
When the customer clicks the "View proposal" link in the email, the proposal opens in the browser. If the customer wants to accept the proposal, they can accept it using the "Proposal Acceptance" workflow.
Customers who opt to view the proposal on their phones should use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Proposal Analytics
If you have sent the proposal email to multiple participants, Cloud displays the Analytics data for proposal views when at least one recipient views the proposal.
