You have the option to show the proposal to the customer by using the "Present Proposal" feature. This requires that you are logged into your Cloud user account.
Presenting the proposal is helpful when you want to show the proposal to the customer in person and get a sign-off sooner than by sharing it via email. Presenting the proposal also helps you make instant changes in the quote by taking feedback from the customer, building a new proposal, and getting the sign-off from the customer.
If you cannot meet the customer in person but still want to present the proposal, you can use the Desktop Sharing feature available in Chat and Video Conferencing applications.
When you have created the proposal from the quote, you will see an "Edit proposal" button in the top-right corner. Click the 3-dot menu next to this button, then click "Present proposal."
This opens an interactive preview of the proposal that is similar to how a customer views it when shared over email.
If the proposal meets the customer's expectations, you or the customer can use the Proposal Acceptance workflow to accept the proposal.
