The Visual Quoting experience on Cloud includes options to build detailed visual quotes using shapes, callouts, comments, and wire paths. All these options are integrated into a "Toolbar" seen when working on plan views, image-based quotes, and whiteboards.

The following is a screenshot of the toolbar with the plan view.

With image-based quoting and whiteboards, the toolbar does not include options to draw locations and wire paths.
