When you create and edit a connection view drawing, you see a toolbar at the bottom. Click the "Settings" icon on the toolbar to see the settings you can configure for the drawing.
The following screenshot shows the settings options available on the connection view toolbar.
Product image or Product icon
You can choose whether to display a product image or icon in the drawing.
By default, connection view drawings display product icons. You can display product images if needed.

Add new products
You can set the "Add new products" option to ON. An Item Search bar appears at the top; you can add new devices to the drawing, and they will also be added to the quote.
Show connection ID
You can display the connection ID on the connection lines in the drawing.
Connection color
You can select the source of the color displayed for the connections in the drawings from one of:
Signal type: This shows the connection color based on the color assigned to the relevant signal type under "Settings > Drawings > Signal Types."
Cable type: This shows the connection color based on the cable or wire you associate with the connection and the color assigned to it under "Settings > Drawings > Cable Types."

Port and Connection settings
You can update the following port and connection settings.
Port settings: This setting lets you choose which port details to display on hover in the Schematic view.
Connection ID format: This setting lets you change the format of the connection ID.
Connection types: This setting lets you rename connection types or add more connection fields. Changes apply only to the current drawing.
Drawing settings: This opens the "Settings > Drawings" page.
Regenerate product ID
Once you have defined the product ID and wire and cable ID formats under "Settings > Drawings > Product ID," you can regenerate product IDs for items in the drawing and wire and cable IDs for wires and cables in the drawing.

You can select which item details to display when you hover over an item in the drawing.

Download drawing
You can download the drawing as a PNG or PDF.
Manage drawing
You can rename, duplicate, and delete the drawing.
You can save a specific view of the drawing, grouped or filtered by a specific criterion (such as system or location), as a separate drawing. Saved diagrams are stored in Drawing Manager.
Lock drawing
Clicking "Lock drawing" disables all the settings options except Tooltip settings.
