After you create global title blocks under Settings or Drawing Manager and quote-specific blocks under the quotes in an opportunity, you can apply a global or a quote-specific block to a drawing.
You can apply a title block to a drawing in multiple ways.
Within the drawing
To apply a title block within the drawing:
1/ Go to Drawing Manager, then to the Edit view of the drawing.
2/ Click the "Title Block" icon on the toolbar.
Cloud displays a pane on the right with the global and quote-specific blocks.
3/ In the "Select title block" dropdown, select a block.
After you select a block, Cloud displays the company, account, and drawing details based on your field configuration.
4/ If needed, update the drawing details and title block name.
Cloud applies the title block you select to the drawing. You can download the drawing PDF with the title block.
In Drawing Manager
To apply a title block to a drawing in Drawing Manager:
1/ Go to Drawing Manager.
2/ Click the drawing in the left pane.
3/ Click the "Title Blocks" icon at the top.
4/ In the modal, do the following:
a/ Click the title block you want to apply.
b/ Click "Apply."
Cloud applies the title block to the drawing. You can download the drawing PDF with the title block.
Create and apply a new quote-specific title block
When you apply a title block within the drawing, you can create a new quote-specific block and apply it.
To create a new quote-specific block, in the right pane, click "Create a new block," and follow the steps listed here.
To apply the quote-specific block, select the quote-specific block you created in the right pane.
Update global block and apply to drawing
When you apply a title block in Drawing Manager, you can edit a global block and apply it to the drawing.
To edit a global block, in the block selection modal, click the block, click "Edit," and edit it using the steps listed here.
To sync changes made in Drawing Manager to the global block under Settings, click "Sync to global" at the top.
To apply the updated global block, go to Drawing Manager and apply it.
Apply title block from another quote
You can apply a quote-specific title block created in a quote to a drawing in another quote. You should first copy the block from the source quote to the destination quote.
