You can easily manage the global and quote-specific title blocks you have created.
Here are the options to manage title blocks.
Edit a title block
You can edit global and quote-specific blocks in their Edit view to update their configuration and fields. Updates appear in all drawings to which the title block is currently applied.

Share a title block
You can share a global title block and make it available to all Cloud users in their opportunities.
To share a global title block:
1/ Go to "Settings > Drawing > Title Blocks" in the left navigation menu.
2/ Click the 3-dot menu of the block, then click "Share."
The block shows a "Shared" label next to it.
All Cloud users see the block when they want to apply a block to the drawing.
You can only share global title blocks. Quote-specific title blocks don't appear under Settings. You cannot share them.
Copy a title block to another quote
In Drawing Manager, you can copy a quote-specific title block to another quote in the same opportunity or another opportunity. This helps if you created a new title block in one quote and want to use it in another.
To copy a title block to another quote:
1/ Go to Drawing Manager and click the "Title Blocks" icon at the top.
2/ In the modal, click the 3-dot menu of the quote-specific title block, and click "Copy to."
3/ In the modal to select the opportunity, select the opportunity, and click "Next."
4/ In the modal to select the quotes, select the quotes in the opportunity, and click "Copy."
Duplicate a title block
You can duplicate title blocks. The duplicate block contains all configuration and fields from the source block.
To duplicate a global title block, click the 3-dot menu of the title block under "Settings > Drawing > Title Blocks," click "Duplicate," and duplicate it.
To duplicate a quote-specific title block, click the 3-dot menu of the title block under Drawing Manager, click "Duplicate," and duplicate it.
Rename a title block
You can rename title blocks. The updated names appear instantly in all Title Blocks interfaces.
To rename a global title block, click the 3-dot menu of the title block under "Settings > Drawing > Title Blocks," click "Rename," and rename it.
To rename a quote-specific title block, click the 3-dot menu of the title block under Drawing Manager, click "Rename," and rename it.
Delete a title block
You can delete title blocks when you no longer need them.
To delete a global title block, click the 3-dot menu of the title block under "Settings > Drawing > Title Blocks," and click "Delete."
To delete a quote-specific title block, click the 3-dot menu of the title block under Drawing Manager, and click "Delete."
