Q: What about automatic billing for recurring payments?
A: Yes. You can enable the Invoice Creation automation feature to let Cloud send the invoices for recurring payments of a service contract.

Q: Can technicians collect labor charges at the work site?
A: Not at this time. Currently, only Office users can collect payments. However, it is on our roadmap, and we are working on making this happen in an upcoming release.
Until then, upon completing a service call, the back office will have total control over requesting and collecting payments from customers.

Q: How can I update an invoice?
An invoice cannot be updated once it is created. However, you can delete the invoice and create a new one.
To delete an invoice, click the “Settings” icon in the top-right corner and click “Delete.”

Q: Can I push completed service calls into QB?
A: Yes. Invoices for contracts and calls can be pushed to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero.
