Cloud has a Settings section to define your company holidays, workweek, and working hours. The holidays and working hours you set here will be taken into account when you schedule events for project tasks and service calls.
You can schedule project tasks and service calls on holidays and outside working hours. Setting them up only serves as the default in the scheduling view.
Company holidays
To set up company holidays:
1/ Go to "Settings > Schedule > Company Holidays."
2/ Click "New company holiday" at the top.
3/ Add a name for the holiday and select the date.
4/ If you set the "Repeats every year" to ON, the holiday will automatically appear in the next year's holiday list.
Working hours
The working hours you set here will be displayed by default in every scheduling view on Cloud.
To set up working hours:
1/ Go to "Settings > Schedule > Working Hours."
2/ Select the working days in your company.
3/ For every selected day, set the office start time and end time.
4/ Click "Save."
