Q: How do I check the service call quota consumption for a contract?

A: We know it is important to check the service call quota consumption for contracts periodically. This is needed when offering a few free calls before charging them for labor, or when you have to tell them they are approaching the free-calls limit.

To check the quota consumption, go to the “Service > Contracts” page and then to the Details view of the contract. All service calls logged for the contract are available under the "Service Calls" tab.

Q: How do I renew a service contract?

A: If you want Cloud to automatically renew a service contract, add the "Automatic Plan Renewal" feature in the service plan.

Cloud will automatically renew the contract and set a new expiration date depending on the extension duration you specify in the feature.
