A: You can leverage four Automation features that can significantly reduce your efforts in managing the accounting for projects and service offerings.
Project Invoice automation - automatically creates invoices in QBO when project payment invoices are created on Cloud.
Service Contract Invoice automation - automatically creates invoices in QBO when service contract payment invoices are created on Cloud.
Transaction Fee automation - automatically marks invoices as "Received" in QBO and creates journal entries for transaction fees daily.
Convenience Fee automation - automatically creates journal entries for convenience fees collected for debit and credit card payments daily.
Auto Pay - automates the collection of recurring service contract payments when the Invoice Creation automation is enabled for service contracts.
Q: Which of these Automation features are enabled by default?

Auto Pay
Q: What is Auto Pay?
