Submitting accurate and complete information on your merchant application is essential to ensure a smooth and timely approval process.
A fully completed and compliant application is typically approved within 24 to 48 hours, or sometimes sooner.
However, if the application is pending due to missing or unclear information, approval may be delayed by an additional 24 hours or more, as it requires manual re-review by our underwriting team.
To avoid delays in the approval, please review the Merchant Onboarding Checklist, confirm that all fields are completed accurately, and have all required documents readily available in case we request additional information.
