Does Cloud support creating user groups for users?

Yes. However, only Office users can be added to user groups. Cloud comes with two built-in user groups for Office users: Administrator and User. You can create custom user groups such as "Sales," "Project Management," and "Procurement," with the relevant permissions.

You cannot create user groups for Field users, and Field users cannot be added to Office user groups.
