You may want to filter your accounts and subaccounts to see only the relevant ones. You can combine the Filters functionality and the Search functionality or use one of them to filter the list of accounts and subaccounts.
Filters
You will see the following filters on the Accounts page.
Type - this allows you to filter accounts by "Individual," "Business," or "Institution."
Owner - this allows you to filter accounts and subaccounts by the Sales representative working with them.
Status - this allows you to filter active or inactive accounts and subaccounts.
Show potential duplicates only - this allows you to filter accounts and subaccounts that have identical email addresses or phone numbers.
Search
You can search for accounts and subaccounts by account name, the account number assigned on Cloud, the email address, phone number, and physical addresses associated with the account.
