Once the Change Order (CO) is in the “Accepted" state, you have the option to synchronize the changes introduced by the CO to QuickBooks Online.
To do this, go to the “Change Orders” tab in the Project view. In the “QuickBooks Online Estimate” column, click “Create,” and you will see the following options:
Create a new estimate – this is to add the CO estimate as a standalone estimate to QuickBooks.
Add to estimate # – this is to add the CO estimate to the project for which the CO is created.
Add to an existing estimate – this is to add the CO estimate to the estimate of any project.
