If needed, you can delete products, labor line items, packages, alternate sets, and allowances from the quote. Once deleted, the items must be added to the quote if they are required again.
If the item you want to delete is a parent item with accessories, the accessories will also be deleted along with the parent item.
Delete one item
To delete one item or items one by one, go to the details view of the quote and the "List" tab.
Click the 3-dot menu of the item, click "Delete from quote," and confirm the deletion. If you have a quantity of more than 1, all items will be deleted.
Delete multiple items across locations
To delete multiple items across locations, go to the All items view, hold down the Shift key, select multiple items, and click "Delete from quote" in the side panel.
Delete all items of a system in a location
To delete items from a system in a location, go to the All items view, scroll to the system in the location, click the 3-dot menu next to the system name, and click "Delete items."
