When building a visual quote, you may need to add shapes to the plan view to represent new or existing objects in the site, as seen from the top view of the site layout.
Add shapes
You have the option to add the following types of shapes:
Ellipse/Circle
Rectangle/Square
Polygon of up to 8 sides
To add a shape:
1/ On the toolbar, click the "Shapes" icon.
2/ Click on one of the three shapes.
3/ Click a spot on the canvas where you want to add the shape.
Handle shapes
Fill shape | Select the shape, click the "Drop" icon in the contextual menu, and select the fill color from the palette.

Change shape type | Select the shape, click the "Triangle" icon in the contextual menu, and select the number of sides for the new shape.

Change line weight | Select the shape, click the "Lineweight" icon in the contextual menu, and select the weight for the shape.
 |
Change line type | Select the shape, click the "Linetype" icon in the contextual menu, and select the new linetype for the shape. |
Resize shape | Select the shape, hold any vertices, and move it outwards to increase the size or move it inwards to decrease the size.
This is how you can change an Ellipse shape to a Circle shape and a Rectangle shape to a Square shape.

Move shape | Select the shape, drag it, and drop it to the desired position. |
Rotate shape | Select the shape, point at the circular dot above it, and rotate it clockwise or anticlockwise. |
Delete shape | Select the shape and click the "Delete" icon in the contextual menu. |
