Instead of deleting accounts you are currently not in business with, you have the option to mark them as "Inactive." This way, you can save their data on Cloud and reuse it without having to enter their details again.
Marking accounts as Inactive is also helpful when you want to download the list of active accounts for promotional offers and other marketing emails.
To mark an account as Inactive, go to "Accounts," click the 3-dot menu of an account, and click "Mark as inactive."
When you resume business with an inactive account, click "Mark as active" in the 3-dot menu.
