Updating your D-Tools Cloud user profile

How to update your profile information on D-Tools Cloud

The name and email address you provided when signing up for the Cloud user account are displayed under "Settings > Account > My Profile." Your name and email address will appear in the emails sent from Cloud to your customers. 

You can add your phone number, photo, job title, and bio (professional summary) to your profile. Customers see your photo, job title, and professional summary in the proposals, and this can make the proposals look more credible.

The following screenshot shows how the photo, job title, and professional summary appear in the proposal. If necessary, you can include a more detailed bio.

There are two more changes you can make if you want to in the "Account settings" section:

  • Role - assign yourself a role from the ones in the dropdown.

  • Dashboard view - choose what you want to see on the Dashboard page.
