You can download an unsigned or signed proposal from Cloud.
Unsigned proposal
When in the "Present proposal" view, you will see an option to download the unsigned proposal with files, alternates, and optionals. You can send the downloaded proposal and files to the customer for acceptance if you prefer not to email them directly from within Cloud.
The customer will see the same options to download, and they can download the PDF of the proposal during the "Proposal Acceptance" process.
Signed proposal
You can download the signed proposal in the Opportunity Details view and the Project Details view.
Opportunity Details view
If the customer has accepted the proposal, but you have not marked the opportunity as won, you can download the signed proposal in the Opportunity Details view, in the Files tile.
Project Details view
If you have marked the opportunity as won and created a project for it, you can download the signed proposal by clicking the 3-dot menu next to the project name in the Project Details view, and then clicking "View signed proposal."
The customer can download the signed proposal at the end of the "Proposal Acceptance" process.
