Cloud lets you choose what email notifications you want to receive when changes are made in opportunities, projects, or service contracts.

This article explains how to set email preferences for payment requests made for service contracts and service calls.

To set notification preferences for payment requests, navigate to "Settings > Account > Email Notification." Scroll down to the set of preferences under "Payment Request."

Here, you will see three preferences for sending reminders for requesting payment. You will also see a preference each for an email when the payment request is viewed and when the payment is received.

By default, all preferences are enabled. You can disable the ones for which you do not want to receive email notifications.
