Cloud lets you choose what email notifications you want to receive when changes are made in opportunities, projects, or service contracts.
This article explains how to set email preferences for invoices for service contracts and service calls.

To set notification preferences for invoices, navigate to "Settings > Account > Email Notification." Scroll down to the set of preferences under "Invoice."
Here, you will see three preferences for sending reminders to make the payment.
By default, all preferences are enabled. You can disable those for which you do not want to receive email notifications.
