Cloud is built for an intuitive quoting experience. Features such as Versioning, Locking for edits, and Client mode help you manage quotes effectively from creation to sharing them as proposals with your customers.
Here is the complete list of Quote Management options available on Cloud.
Quote Management options (Quote View)
A large set of options to manage the quote is available in the Quote View. To see these options, navigate to the Quote View and click the 3-dot menu next to the name of the quote.
Here is a table that describes the options you see in the menu.
Option | Description |
Rename | Change the name of the quote displayed in the top-left corner. |
Duplicate | Make a copy of an existing quote in the same opportunity and assign a different version number for the new quote.

Copy to | Copy the quote to another opportunity.

Export items to CSV Download installer report | Export all the items in the quote to a CSV or PDF file.

Discounts | Manage the discounts used in the quote.

Adjustments | Apply a price adjustment to the product total, labor total, or the overall value of the project.

Update from catalog | Cloud will compare the product cost, price, MSRP, and other details with those listed in the catalog, show the differences, and let you choose what details need to be synchronized to the quote.

Quote Management options (Opportunity View)
Some options in the table above are available in the Opportunity View.
A unique option in the Opportunity View is "Include in opportunity total." By default, Cloud uses the total cost of the opportunity from the latest version of the quote, which is factored into the Sales Forecast report. If you want the total from another version of the quote to be factored into the Sales Forecast report, select the 3-dot menu of that quote and click "Include in opportunity total."
There can be multiple quotes, but you can add the total from only one quote to the Sales Forecast report.
If you don't want an opportunity total to be included in the Sales Forecast report, click "Do not include in opportunity total" for the latest version of the quote or the one that you chose to include in the Sales Forecast report.
