Cloud supports the creation of proposals in two layouts—Multimedia and Quick Quote. While the Quick Quote layout is ideal for small projects and repeat clients, Multimedia is the layout you will want to use for detailed quotes that large projects require.

As the name "Multimedia" suggests, this layout allows you to add images and videos in virtually every section. Also, you can add every proposal section supported on Cloud to proposals that use Multimedia proposals.

While the Multimedia proposal layout adds lots of breaks and white spaces, the layout helps build data-rich and media-rich proposals that your new and enterprise clients need.

Cloud also has a "Proposal Templates" feature that you can use to define multiple proposal templates. To do this, go to "Settings > Proposal > Proposal Templates" and add your Multimedia proposal templates.

Once added, click the 3-dot menu of the template, click "Edit," add the required sections, and set the default settings for the sections.

This way, you can build multiple Multimedia proposal templates, each catering to a specific type of project.

For example, a Multimedia proposal template with fewer sections for Residential projects and another with more sections for Commercial projects.

Whenever you want to create a proposal, Cloud prompts you to choose the Multimedia or Quick Quote layout. If you choose Multimedia, Cloud will use the default template you set under "Settings > Proposal > Proposal Templates > Multimedia."

The process for selecting the Multimedia layout, changing the layout, and changing the template is similar to that for the Quick Quote layout.
