You may come across customers who want more information about their products or only want you to supply products, and they will install and program them. In these situations, you can go the extra mile and make the product resources available in the proposal. This way, customers will not need to look for resources on the Internet.
Product resources may also be required to select the alternates listed in the proposal for better features, warranty, and interoperability.
Show product resources
To show product resources in the proposal, go to the Edit view of the Products section and select the "Product resources" option.
This will show all product resources added in the D-Tools Cloud catalog for all products in the proposal.
When the customer clicks on a product in the shared proposal, the side panel on the left will display the resource PDFs or links.
Add product resources to the Cloud catalog
If you find that a product has no resources or want to add more resources for products, go to the detailed view of the product in the catalog. In the "My Resources" tile, add a PDF or link to the web page of the resource.
