When you add service plans to your quote and create a proposal, they are shown in the “Service Plan” section of the proposal.

You have the option to customize the Service Plan section by going to the Edit view of the proposal and clicking the “Edit” icon in the Service Plan section.

You will see the following options to customize the section in the panel on the left.

Change the section title and description

You have the option to change the name of the section from "Service Plan" to something else as needed. You can also add a description for the Service Plan section.

Group plans by their type

You can display your plans one after another or divide them by their type, which would be either a service or a monitoring agreement.

To change the grouping, select the "Group By" dropdown and choose from "None" or "Plan Type."

Show/Hide plan details

This applies to the plan image, description, features, files, and notes of the plan. You can set the relevant options to show or hide them in the proposal.

You also have the option to show the plan features and notes as bullet points in 2 columns or continuously one below the other.

Show Terms inline or in a pop-up

Here, you can show the Terms and Conditions in the plan layout itself or a pop-up.

Show/Hide Decline Plan button

You can choose to show or hide the "Decline service plan" button.

Expand alternate options

Here, you can select whether you want to show only the recommended plans with a "View alternates" button to see the alternate plans or show the alternate plans expanded by default below the recommended plan.
