Once you have built vibrant designs using the Visual Quoting functionality, you can add the plan views or images with products placed on them in the proposal. The plan views and images are interactive, allowing customers to see products by location or system in the proposal. This way, the customers are clear about where you are placing the products, and if you choose to show "Product Coverage," they also get to know how effective the design is.

To add a plan view, go to the Edit view of the proposal, click "Add Section" in the panel on the left, and add the "Files, Plan Views, Whiteboards" section.

Now, you will see the options to change the section title, add a description, and add the plan view under "Quote & Opportunity Files."

If you are quoting using site images, you will need to add the images in the Files, Plan Views, Whiteboards section.

Customers will need to click the "View" button on the plan view image, which will open an interactive view of the design.

Customers can click the location names one after the other and see the items in the locations. They can also see the product coverage by system or location.
