Once you have created vibrant, detailed drawings using the Drawings functionality, you can add them to the proposal. The plan views and images are interactive, allowing customers to see products by location or system in the proposal. This way, customers are clear about where you are placing the products, and if you choose to show "Product Coverage," they also learn how effective the design is.
You can add drawings to the "Files, Plan Views, Whiteboards" or the "Gallery" section.
Files, Plan Views, Whiteboards section
To add a drawing to the Files, Plan Views, Whiteboards section:

You will see the options in the panel on the left.
4/ Click "Browse" in the Quote & Opportunity Files section in the pane on the left.
5/ Add one or more drawings one by one.

The following is a screenshot of the pane to add drawings and the Quote & Opportunity Files section.
Plan view
A plan view drawing is interactive when added to the proposal.
Customers can click the "View" button in the proposal. They can click the location names to see the items at each location. They can also see the product coverage by system or location.
The following demonstrates how customers can navigate a plan view drawing in the proposal.
Now, you will see the options to change the section title, add a description, and add the plan view under "Quote & Opportunity Files."
Wirepath, image quote, whiteboard, and connection diagram
You can add other types of drawings to the Files, Plan Views, Whiteboards section. These drawings don't provide interactive options.
Gallery section
You can add all types of drawings to the Gallery section. The steps to add drawings are similar to those for adding drawings in the Files, Plan Views, and Whiteboards section.
In the Gallery section, you can add hotspots to all types of drawings except plan view drawings. Hotspots let you add clickable markers on an image to display short, informative text when the customer clicks them in the proposal.
