How to cancel a service call

Occasionally, customers may initially report an issue but later discover it was a lapse or a manual error. The product works as expected, and they no longer need a technician at the work site.

In such cases, you can cancel the call.

To cancel a call, go to the Call Details view, click the Call Status dropdown, and select “Canceled.”
