How to cancel a service call before it is scheduled

Occasionally, customers may initially report an issue but later discover it was a lapse or a manual error. The product works as expected, and they no longer need a technician at the work site.

In such cases, you can cancel the call. Click the call. In the call Details view, click the Call Status drop-down and choose “Cancelled.”

Once a call is scheduled, it cannot be canceled.
