Canceling a call because the issue has been resolved

Occasionally, customers may initially report an issue but later discover that it was a lapse or a manual error. The product works as expected, and they no longer need a technician at the work site.

In such cases, you are able to cancel the call. Click the call. In the call Details view, click the Call Status drop-down and choose “Cancelled”.

*Note that once a call is scheduled, it cannot be canceled.
