Options to share the Payment Request with the customer

When you have verified a payment request for labor hours, drive time, and truck roll fee and factored in the manufacturer warranty for replacement products, you can then send the request to the customer.

Navigate to a call for which you have created a payment request and click “View Payment Request” in the top right corner. This will open the payment request.

In the top-right corner, you will see options to share the payment request with the customer.

  • Download – download a PDF of the request and choose to either send it to the customer electronically or hand it over physically.

  • Present – present the request and collect payment in person.

  • Email – share it via email.

  • Link – send the request to multiple recipients with a unique link for every recipient.

To track who has viewed the payment request sent via email or link, click the “Share” icon and then “Analytics.”
