When you have verified an invoice for labor hours, drive time, and truck roll fee, and factored in the manufacturer's warranty for replacement products, you can then send the invoice to the customer.
Navigate to a call for which you have created the invoice and click “View Invoice" in the top right corner. This will open the invoice.
In the top-right corner, you will see options to share the invoice with the customer.
Download – download a PDF of the invoice and either send it to the customer electronically or hand it over physically.
Present – present the invoice and collect payment in person.
Email – share it via email.
Link – send the request to multiple recipients with a unique link for every recipient.
To track who has viewed the invoice sent via email or link, click the “Share” icon and then “Analytics.”
