By default, a project will come with the billing dates and due dates set in the accepted proposal in the relevant opportunity. However, if, for some reason, the dates were not set in the proposal, you have the option to set the schedule in the Project details view.

To set the payment schedule, go to “Details > Payments” in the Project details view. Click "Edit schedule" under the Project Payments table. This will open a modal to set the schedule.

  • If, for some reason, you have not collected the initial deposit, you have the option to change the payment term template, term names, percentages/amounts, and set or change the billing and due dates.

  • If you have collected the initial deposit, you can only change the term names and set or change the billing and due dates.

The following is an example of how the modal will look when the billing and due dates are not set in the proposal.

Click "Save" to save the changes.

If there are delays in the project, you can always edit the schedule to change the billing and due dates for the terms for which invoices have not been created.
