By default, the footer in a proposal will show the "Date the proposal will be downloaded," "Quote name and version," and the "Page number."

If you want to customize the footer and show other data before sharing it with the customer, do the following:

1/ Go to the Edit view, click the "Download" icon in the top-right corner, and click "Edit proposal PDF." This will open a PDF Editor panel on the left.

2/ Under Page Footer, you will see three dropdowns, one each for the left, center, and right footer.

3/ Click them individually and select the autofill data item you want to display. You can select from dates, company details, and quote details.

Note that you can do this for the Multimedia layout or the Quick Quote layout of the proposal. Select the proposal layout from the PDF Layout dropdown before customizing the footer.
