Removing item mapping between Cloud and QuickBooks Desktop

How to remove an item mapping between a D-Tools Cloud item and a QuickBooks Desktop item

You may need to unmap the mapping between a D-Tools Cloud item and a QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) item. To remove the mapping:

1/ Go to "Catalog > My Products" in the left navigation menu.

2/ Click the item to open its details modal.

3/ Scroll down to the Settings tile, click the 3-dot menu next to QuickBooks Desktop, and click "Unmap product."

If QBD, you delete the item or mark it as "Inactive."

If the unmapped item is part of a project, change order, or purchase order, and you want to push it to QBD, you will be prompted to create the item in QBD or mapit to an existing item in QBD.
