The default proposal template you have set for the project proposal, service proposal, and change order under "Settings > Proposal" will be applied to all new proposals. If you want to use one of your custom templates for the proposal, you can do so when in the "Edit proposal" view.
The instructions in this article apply to Project Proposal templates, Service Proposal templates, and Change Order templates.
In the Edit proposal view, click the "Templates" icon at the top and click "Change template."
The following is an example of how to change the template for a project proposal.
In the modal, select and change the template. The proposal will now be displayed using the selected template.
