Product resource sheets are PDF documents that help you use the product effectively. On Cloud, Product Resource sheets are available for most products when you add them to your catalog from the D-Tools Library. These sheets can be viewed and downloaded from the product view in the Cloud catalog, quote, and proposal.

There are three types of resource sheets available for every product—Product Specifications (aka cut sheets,) Installation Manual, and User Manual.

Go to Products under Catalog, and open the details view of the product. You will see the available resource sheets in the "D-Tools Library Resources" tile.

If you want to add more resources, click "Add resources" and upload or specify the web URL for the resource sheet.

To see the resource sheets in the quote, click on the product. In the side panel, scroll down to the Resources section. You will see the D-Tools Library resources and any additional resources you added to the catalog.

Viewing resource sheets from proposals is turned off by default. If you would like to give your customers the ability to access the resources, you can do so in the Edit view of the Products section.

In the customer view of the proposal, the customer can click the product, and all resource sheets are displayed in the left panel. Customers can click and view or download them.
