You can download 3 different project-related reports, each for a specific purpose: Installer, Pick List, and CSV.

Installer report

The Installer report helps installers and other team members prepare to execute the project. The Installer report comes in two variations.

For all products

To download the Installer report with all products in the project:

1/ Go to the Project Details view.

2/ Click the 3-dot menu next to the project number and click "Download installer report.

3/ If you want to customize the report or hide some details before downloading the report, click "Settings."

You can do the following:

  • Set the sorting and grouping criteria for the products

  • Select to show just products, just labor, or both

  • Show or hide account information, install status, and the scope of work in the report

For selected products

You can download the Installer report with selected products if:

  • You want to use different installers for different systems

  • You want to share the product list by phase.

  • You want to share the product list by order status or product install status.

To download the Installer report with selected products:

1/ Go to the Project Details view.

2/ Go to the "Item Status" tab.

3/ Use the filters located at the top of the products.

4/ Once you have filtered the products, click "Download > Installer PDF" in the "Order" or "Schedule" view.

Pick List report

The Pick List report is useful when installers want to pick up products reserved for a project from the inventory location, as well as products that are not yet reserved. The report contains the following:

  • Pool-tracked items, with the allocated quantity and all inventory locations where the items are currently located.

  • Asset-tracked items, with the allocated quantity, serial numbers, asset IDs, notes, current inventory locations, and the quantity at each location.

  • Non-Allocated items, with the required quantity, the inventory locations where the items are currently located, and the quantity at each location.

To download the Pick List report:

1/ Go to the Project Details view.

2/ Go to the "Item Status" tab.

3/ Use the filters located at the top of the products if you want a selected list of products.

4/ Once you have filtered and selected the products you wish to be included on the Pick List report, click "Download > Pick List PDF" in the "Order" or "Schedule" view.

CSV report

You can also download a report as a CSV file that contains products and labor items along with the following details:

  • Name, brand, part number, and supplier

  • Category, location, system, and phase

  • Quantity, pricing details, discount, labor hours, and price

  • Change order details and purchase order details if the products are part of any change order or purchase order

  • Current order status and install status

The CSV file or report is useful when you need more detailed information and want to filter or sort columns in Microsoft Excel.

  • If you want to download details for all products, click the 3-dot menu next to the project number, then click "Export items to CSV."

  • If you want to download details of selected products, use the filters located at the top of the products and click "Download > CSV" in the "Order" or "Schedule" view.
