The way D-Tools Cloud works, is you have a catalog of products. When you add these products to a quote, it breaks the sync so no changes affect your quote, throwing you off in front of your customers. Rather than a feature gap, it is a security measure to protect you.

However, you can always sync your quote up to date from the catalog. To do this, go to the quote menu next to the name, and go to the Update from Catalog area.

This will give you the fields that are to be updated, as well as the individual products that will be updated. You will see the current value, new value, and difference. You can choose to updates at a field level (so cost or price updates). You can always uncheck the price if you only want to update the cost

If items are up to date, you will see the below state, where Items are up to date.
