You can download the list of inventory-tracked items in the catalog as a CSV or PDF.

Here are some things you will need to know about the details in the downloaded files.

  • Inventory-tracked items with a '0' (zero) on-hand quantity are not included in either the CSV or PDF files.

  • The downloaded PDF file, also known as the "Physical Inventory Report," includes fields to enter the actual on-hand quantity and notes.

  • The CSV file downloaded in Inventory Pools mode contains the following details: quantity by inventory location; available, allocated, ordered, and needed quantities; and the part number and the UPC, EAN, or ITF for the inventory-tracked item.

  • The CSV file downloaded when in the Inventory Asset Management mode contains all the details in the CSV file downloaded in the Inventory Pools mode. Additionally, it contains asset-level details such as location, serial number, tracking ID, asset ID, IP addresses, MAC addresses, received date, install date, and the date and name of the user who last printed its QR label.

To download the details of inventory-tracked items, click the "Download" icon in the top-left corner of the "Inventory" page, then select one of the three download options.
