You can download the list of inventory-tracked items in the catalog as a CSV or PDF.
Here are some things you will need to know about the details in the downloaded files.
Inventory-tracked items with a '0' (zero) on-hand quantity are not included in either the CSV or PDF files.
The downloaded PDF file, also known as the "Physical Inventory Report," includes fields to enter the actual on-hand quantity and notes.
The CSV format contains more details: quantity by inventory location, available, allocated, ordered, and needed quantities, and the part number and UPC, EAN, or ITF of the inventory-tracked item.
To download the details of inventory-tracked items, click the Download icon in the top-left corner of the "Inventory" page, then select one of the three download options.
