How to contact us when you need some help

Everyone here at D-Tools is committed to providing you with the help you need to be successful with our solution. The quickest way to get help is to use our in-app chat.

While using D-Tools Cloud, anytime you have a question you can click on the chat icon in the lower right hand corner of the app.

This will give you access to our support team who will be happy to help you with best practices, troubleshoot issues, or simply answer your questions. You can also chat with us to let us know how we're doing.

You always have access to our Help Center which features how-to articles, best practices, and more in-depth information on D-Tools Cloud.

Video Library (Coming soon)

We are also building a video library with tutorials on topics ranging from getting started through creating and presenting winning proposals - with more content being added frequently.
