Yes, you can restrict access to the Settings section of the D-Tools Cloud app.
When you restrict access to the Settings section:
Users will not see the Settings menu in the left navigation. So, they cannot create, edit, or delete options in the Settings menu. For example, labor types, templates, stages, statuses, and so on.
Users will be limited to the options shown in the dropdowns. For example, the Lead Source dropdown when creating an opportunity.
Users will be unable to create defaults that apply to all Cloud users. For example, the "Make Current Locations as Default" option in the Quote Details view.
Users will be unable to add entities to the list that already exists under Settings. For example, adding a checklist template.
To restrict access to the Settings section, set the "Manage settings" permission to OFF in the Account permissions group. By default, this permission is set to ON.
