Checking D-Tools Cloud System Status and Subscribing to Updates

How to check the real-time status of D-Tools Cloud and subscribe to incident and maintenance notifications via email, SMS, Slack, or Microsoft Teams

Written by Tim Bigoness

Ever wonder if that hiccup is on your end or ours? The D-Tools Cloud Status Page gives you a real-time view of system health, so you always know what's happening — before you even need to ask.

What you'll find on the status page

The status page shows the current operational status of every major part of D-Tools Cloud, uptime history for the past 90 days, and a log of past incidents and scheduled maintenance.

How to subscribe to status notifications

You don't have to keep checking the page — we'll come to you. Click Subscribe to Updates at the top of the status page and choose how you'd like to be notified:

What you get

Email

Notifications whenever we create, update, or resolve an incident. Enter your email and confirm with the one-time code we send you.

We recommend every D-Tools Cloud account subscribe at least one team member to email updates — it's the easiest way to stay informed about scheduled maintenance and any service disruptions.

Quick tip: check status before troubleshooting

If D-Tools Cloud seems slow or unavailable, check the status page first. If we've reported an incident, our team is already on it and updates will post there as we make progress — no need to wait on a support reply. If the status page shows all systems operational but you're still having trouble, reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help.
