What Is Changing?
D-Tools Cloud is updating the system we use for customer sign-in. After this update, the login page may look slightly different, but you will continue signing in with your D-Tools Cloud account.
This change is scheduled as follows:
🚨 Start: Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 12:30 AM Eastern / Friday, June 26 at 9:30 PM Pacific
🚨 Expected impact: Sign-in may be unavailable or inconsistent during the maintenance window
🚨 Maintenance window: Up to 2 hours
We are moving D-Tools Cloud sign-in to a more modern Microsoft identity platform. This helps us improve reliability and security over time and prepares D-Tools Cloud for future multi-factor authentication enhancements, including stronger multi-factor support and additional integrations.
What Will Be Different?
Most users should only notice a refreshed sign-in experience.
User details stay the same:
Your email address and username
Your password
All your projects, data, settings, and account access
The way you use D-Tools Cloud every day
You may see:
A slightly different login page.
A different password reset experience.
A short maintenance/offline message during the planned window.
Your D-Tools Cloud data, projects, and account access will not change as part of this login system update.
Will the D-Tools Cloud mobile app be affected?
No. This update applies to signing in through your web browser. The D-Tools Cloud mobile app is not part of this update and will continue to work with your existing password. You don’t need to do anything in the app.
One thing to note: if you reset or change your password on the web after this update, the mobile app may still expect your previous password until the app is updated in a future release. If a new password isn’t accepted in the mobile app, try the password you used before. We’ll let you know when the mobile app is updated.
Do I Need To Change My Password?
In most cases, no. Sign in with your existing D-Tools Cloud email and password, just as you do today.
If your password does not work, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset it.
What Should I Do If I Cannot Sign In?
Try these steps:
1. Open a new browser tab and go to D-Tools Cloud again.
2. Hard refresh the page. Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac
3. Try a private / incognito window and sign in there:
Chrome / Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (Mac)
Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Cmd + Shift + N
Why this helps: a private window ignores older stored sign-in data, the most common cause of trouble right after an update.
4. If the page still does not load correctly, clear your browser cache and try again.
(Note: this signs you out of other websites you’re currently logged into.)
5. If your password is not accepted, select "Forgot password" and reset your password.
6. If you still cannot sign in, contact D-Tools
When contacting support, please include:
Your email address.
Your company/account name.
A screenshot of the error, if available.
The approximate time the issue occurred.
The browser and device you are using.
What If I Was Already Signed In During the Maintenance Window?
If you already had D-Tools Cloud open while maintenance was underway, the page may temporarily show a loading screen, a blank page, or a sign-in prompt.
Open a new tab or refresh the page after the maintenance window. If you still have trouble, use "Forgot password" or contact support.
