Before You Start
Have one of the following documents ready before reaching out. We'll need it to process your request:
Voided check from the new bank account (your account and routing numbers must be clearly visible), or
Bank authorization form provided by your financial institution, confirming the account details
💡 Tip: Make sure the account name on your documentation matches the business name on your D-Tools Cloud account. Mismatches can delay processing.
1. Open a Chat with Our Team
Navigate to your D-Tools Cloud account and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open a conversation with our support team. You can also reach us at cloud@d-toolshelp.com.
From the home screen, click Send us a message to open a new conversation.
Once the chat loads, you'll see a few topic options at the bottom of the screen. Select D-Tools Payments to make sure your request is routed to the right team. From there, let us know you would like to update your deposit account information.
2. Submit Your Documentation
Once our team receives your request, we'll follow up asking you to provide one of the following documents:
Voided check from your new bank account, or
Letter from your bank
⚠️ Important: The business name on your documentation must match the name on your D-Tools Payments account. Mismatches can delay processing.
3. Confirmation and Processing
Oncewe've received and reviewed your documentation, our team will submit the update on your behalf. You'll receive a confirmation once the change has been applied to your account.
💡 Tip: Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after documentation is received. Deposits in flight at the time of the change will complete to your original account.

Q: Can I update my deposit account myself in the portal?
A: At this time, deposit account changes are handled by our team to ensure security. Please reach out via chat and we'll take care of it for you.
Q: What if my bank account was closed unexpectedly?
A: Reach out to us as soon as possible so we can flag your account and prevent failed deposits. The sooner we hear from you, the better.
Q: Will my payout schedule change?
A: No, your payout schedule remains the same. Only the destination account will change.
