You can download the details of all the change orders (COs) in a project via the Change Order Summary report. The report is downloaded as a PDF file. The first page of the file displays the CO numbers, names, states, the total amount for each COs, and the changes in value for every location in the project. The subsequent pages display the COs with the products in them, their quantity, and prices.
To download the Change Order Summary report:
1/ Go to "Project > Change Orders" in the left navigation menu.
2/ Switch to the List view in the top-left corner.
3/ Select multiple COs in a project in one of the following ways:
Sort the project column, scroll to the project, and select the COs
Use the Projects filter at the top to filter the COs of a specific project
4/ Once the COs are selected, click "Print Selected" above the COs table.
Cloud will initiate a print job and download the PDF of the COs.
