How to Update Your Payment Method in D-Tools Cloud

Note: Beginning June 1, 2026, a 3% convenience fee applies to all subscription payments made by credit card. Switching to ACH is free and takes just a few minutes. ACH payments are available for US-based bank accounts only.

The Subscription Plan page found in settings, may look different depending on your user group and permissions. If you're unable to see options such as View Invoices, Manage Plan, Upgrade Plan, or payment management options like in the screenshot below, please reach out to your account Owner or Administrator.

1. Log in to D-Tools Cloud.

2. In the left-hand navigation sidebar, click Settings.

3. Click Account, then select Subscription Plan.

Step 2: Click “Change payment method”

On the Subscription Plan page, locate your current billing details section and click Change payment method.

In the Add Payment Method dialog that opens:

To add a bank account (ACH):

1. Click the Bank Account tab.

2. Enter your account number, routing number, and account type.

3. Click Update Card to save.

Please note: ACH payments are available for US-based bank accounts only.

To update a credit card:

1. Stay on the Card tab.

2. Enter your updated card details.

3. Click Update Card to save.

Prefer to submit your payment details using an online form? You have two options below depending on your preferred payment method. These forms are sent directly to our accounting team, who will make the updates. Both forms require your D-Tools Cloud account number, see below for how to find it.

​Note: Certain fields may not be visible on the Subscription Plan page depending on your role and permissions. If you don't see what you need, contact your internal account owner or administrator.

If you prefer to continue paying by credit card and would like to submit your card details via an online form, you can use the D-Tools Credit Card Authorization Form.

To switch to ACH (bank transfer) submit your bank details using the D-Tools online ACH form. As a reminder, ACH payments are available for US-based bank accounts only.

Note: A 3% convenience fee will apply to all credit card subscription payments beginning June 1, 2026. Switching to ACH is the easiest way to keep your billing fee-free.
