Beginning June 1, 2026, a 3% convenience fee will apply to subscription payments made by credit card. As card-processing costs continue to rise across the SaaS industry, this change allows D-Tools to maintain transparent pricing while offering a more dependable payment alternative.
The easiest way to avoid this fee is to switch to ACH (bank transfer). ACH is free, secure, and takes just a couple of minutes to set up directly in your D-Tools Cloud account.
Here are a few reasons most customers prefer ACH for recurring billing:
• No convenience fees, ever
• More consistent billing, no expired cards, no declines, and no service interruptions
• Secure bank-level encryption for every transaction
• Quick setup with just your routing and account numbers
Before you begin: Permissions
The Subscription Plan page is only visible to users with Owner or Administrator permissions. If you do not see this section in your Settings, you will need to contact your account Owner or Administrator to make this change.
Option 1: Switch to ACH directly in D-Tools Cloud
You can update your payment method starting May 14, 2026. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open Settings
Log in to D-Tools Cloud. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Settings. In the left-hand navigation, click Account, then select Subscription Plan.
Settings → Account → Subscription Plan
Step 2: Click “Change payment method”
On the Subscription Plan page, find your current billing details in the Team Plan section. Click the Change payment method link.
Click “Change payment method” in your Team Plan billing section
Step 3: Select Bank Account and enter your details
In the Add Payment Method dialog that opens, click the Bank Account tab. Enter your account number, routing number, and account type, then click Update Card to save your changes.
Select the “Bank Account” tab and complete the form
Option 2: Update using our online ACH form
If you prefer to submit your bank details using our online ACH form, you will need your D-Tools Cloud account number. Follow the steps below on where to find it before completing the form.
Where to find your account number
Your D-Tools Cloud account number is displayed on your Subscription Plan page. To locate it, go to Settings, click Account in the left-hand navigation, then select Subscription Plan. Your account number is listed in the Team Plan section.
Please note the Subscription Plan page is only visible to users with Owner or Administrator permissions. If you do not see this section in your Settings, you will need to contact your account Owner or Administrator to make this change.
Settings → Account → Subscription Plan — your account number appears in the Team Plan section
Note: Credit card payments will remain available after June 1, 2026, but a 3% convenience fee will be added at the time of billing. Switching to ACH is the easiest way to keep your billing fee-free.
