You can configure the update-related features that update product costs and MSRP from D-Tools Library to the products in your Cloud catalog.
The update features only update the products in the catalog. They don't affect products already added to quotes unless you use the Review updates option in the quote to sync the latest product details from the catalog to the quote.

To configure the updates, go to "Settings > Catalog > Automatic Product Updates."
Here, you will see two update options.
Cost updates
When the costs of the products are updated in D-Tools Library, you can choose to apply the updates to the products in the catalog in one of two ways:
Update Cost and Margin: Product costs and margins will be updated, while prices will remain the same.
Update Cost and Price: Product costs and prices will be updated, while margins will remain the same.
MSRP updates
Allow D-Tools to update MSRP on products
You can set the "Allow D-Tools to update MSRP on products" option to OFF to prevent Cloud from updating product MSRPs when they change in the D-Tools Library. If set to ON, Cloud will update the MSRPs as and when they change in D-Tools Library.
Revert MSRPs to D-Tools Library Values
You can revert the manually updated MSRP values of products added from D-Tools Library to the catalog. The reversion will assign the current MSRP values from D-Tools Library. You can do this at three levels:
All Partner Brands
This will revert only the MSRPs of D-Tools partner-brand products.
The MSRP of products of non-D-Tools-partner brands will not be reverted.
Currently, if the MSRP of products in the D-Tools Library is unavailable, but the relevant products in the catalog use an MSRP updated from the D-Tools Library, their MSRP will be cleared.
Entire Catalog
This will revert the MSRPs of both D-Tools partner-brand products and products of non-D-Tools-partner brands.
Currently, if the MSRP of products in the D-Tools Library is unavailable, but the relevant products in the catalog use an MSRP updated from the D-Tools Library, their MSRP will be cleared.
The MSRP values for the products of the brands you manually added will not be reverted.
Brand Level
You can choose to revert only the MSRPs of a specific brand. To do this, go to "Settings > Catalog > Brands," click the 3-dot menu of the brand, and click "Revert products" in the modal.
This will revert only the MSRPs of products of this brand.
Currently, if the MSRP of a product in the D-Tools Library is unavailable, but the relevant product in the catalog uses an MSRP updated from the D-Tools Library, its MSRP will be cleared.
