If you have enabled the Inventory Asset Management (IAM) mode, you can manage inventory-tracked items from their details page.
To manage an inventory-tracked item in the IAM mode:
1/ Go to "Inventory" in the left navigation menu.
2/ Click the row of the inventory-tracked item.
In the upper section of the page, you will see the following:
The display image, name, part number, category, unit cost, total cost, and description of the item
The inventory status of the item (the on-hand, available, allocated, ordered, and needed quantities)

In the lower section of the page, you will see 4 tabs.
Assets
Here, you will see all individual assets relevant to the inventory-tracked item. For each asset, you can see its serial number, IP addresses, MAC addresses, firmware version, current inventory location, project or service call allocation, the associated PO, and more.
You can select one or more assets, click the "Action on selected" in the top-right corner, and manage the assets.
Move assets
Select the assets and click "Action on selected > Move," and specify the location where the assets need to be moved.
You can also use a handheld USB scanner to move multiple items to a specific location in one go.

Adjust quantity
Select the assets and click "Action on selected > Adjust quantity," select a reason for the adjustment, add notes if needed, and click "Adjust."
If the selected assets that are not yet allocated to projects or service calls, and the new Available quantity is lower than the current Available quantity, Cloud will prompt you to unreserve/release items from the projects in which they are reserved.
If a selected asset is allocated to a project or service call but not yet installed, Cloud will prompt you to unreserve the asset.
You cannot select an asset that is allocated to a project or service call and installed.
Update details
Select the assets and click "Action on selected > Bulk update asset information," and specify the asset details.

By Location
Here, you will see all the inventory locations and the quantity of the item in each location.
Check in items
You can click "Check in" next to a location to check in the initial on-hand quantity and later to receive items.

Move items
You can click "Move" next to a location and move items from the location.
Stock Settings
Here, you can set thresholds for Cloud to monitor the item's available quantity and populate an order quantity on the PO when the available quantity threshold is reached.

You can also change the item's inventory mode to "Unitized" (IAM) or "Pool" (Inventory Pools).
Activity
Here, you can see the list of activities for the item. Cloud tracks the following activities for an item: Allocation, Deallocate, Move, Check In, Check Out, and Adjust Quantity.
