If you have enabled the Inventory Asset Management (IAM) mode, you can configure the QR label format of the labels you want to affix to product packaging. You can always change the configuration settings to generate the labels in a different format.
To configure the QR label settings:
1/ Go to "Settings > Inventory > QR Labels" in the left navigation menu.
2/ Do the following on the QR Label Settings page:
a/ In the Title section, retain {COMPANY_NAME} or specify a name.
b/ In the Barcode Configuration section, select the one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcode formats.
c/ In the 1D Barcode Content and 2D Barcode Content sections, select or specify the content to encode or include in the barcode.
Ensure that you use Asset ID or other asset attributes as the barcode content.
d/ In the Field Start Offset section, specify the number of blank rows before which the content appears on the label.
e/ In the Fields section, the asset ID, asset name, and serial number are made available for the label by default.
You can use the move up and move down buttons to the right of the fields to reorder the fields.
You can click "Add Field" below the current fields to add new fields along with a name for the field in the "Label" text box. Other fields you can add include: IP address, MAC address, project location, project name, service call number, date received, and warehouse location.
You can click the "Delete" icon to the right of a field to delete it.
The number of fields you can add here depends on the label template you choose. Some label templates accommodate up to 5 fields.
f/ In the Label Template section, select a template for the label.
You can select from the following label templates:
Avery label sheets (multiple labels per page): L4736 (48/page), L6009 (48/page), L7162 (16/page), L7163 (14/page), 3490 (30/page), 5267 (80/page), 5520 (30/page)
Brother P-touch (TZe) tapes: 12mm, 18mm, 24mm (several layouts), TZe-241
Dymo LabelWriter tapes: 11354, 1933081, 2112283, 30252

Default label (starts at 4" × 2", with customizable dimensions. You can set your own label width, height, spacing, and page size.
When using Avery sheets for printing labels, you currently cannot choose a starting cell. The labels are printed from the first label position. So a partially used sheet can't be used in the next instance.
Cloud generates a standard PDF with the QR labels using the template you have selected. When printing the labels, you don't need any specific label printer.
g/ In the Label Dimensions section, specify the dimensions of the label, the page used for the labels, and the font size.
Once you have selected the options, you will see a preview of the generated label.
The following is a screenshot of a label preview with a field start offset set to 2 and an additional field added.
3/ When you have finalized the settings, click "Save."
If you want to reset the format to the default, click "Reset to defaults."
